On October 16, 2018, the US-China Business Council (ACSI) held the 7th China Business Conference and Annual Meeting at the Hilton Hotel in Indianapolis. The meeting was greeted by Elaine Bedel, Director of the Indiana Department of Economic Development. The conference forum focused on the future of US-China trade relations, import and export trade and bilateral investment. Mr Liu Jun, the Consul General in Chicago, Mr Jason Hester, Chairman of the Trade Promotion Committee of Columbus, Indiana, and Ms Doris Anne Sadler, President of the Indianapolis International Trade Center attended the meeting and spoke at the discussion session.

Staff from CGCC-Chicago attended the annual meeting. Executive Director Ms. Wenyue Zhang introduced the service by CGCC-Chicago to the guests and showed them CGCC’s publications, including the 2018 Annual Business Survey Report on US-China Enterprises , published by the China General Chamber of Commerce-USA and Chinese Companies in the United States in 2018 published by CGCC-USA and China Daily.
