2018 Annual Gala Menu Tasting

CGCC-Chicago will invite 5 guests to taste the menu for the 2018 Gala. It is designed to explore Fairmont’s food scene from its best chefs by presenting four delicious menus and allowing guests to chose the course meal that they think the best fit for our Gala.
