Job Overview:
We are seeking an Finance Specialist to manage daily financial operations and ensure liquidity. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. This dual-role position also ensures regulatory adherence and efficient tax management, bridging compliance oversight with tax operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash flow and daily banking transactions.
- Monitor corporate credit card usage and reconcile expenses.
- Prepare weekly cash requirement forecasts and funding plans.
- Assist in accounts payable/receivable processes and month-end closing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls.
- Prepare annual budgeting, quarterly audits, and monthly financial tracking.
- Prepare and file annual sales tax returns (Illinois and multi-state).
- Review management reports, coordinate quarterly internal audits, and liaise with HQ.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (e.g., IRS, IL Department of Revenue).
- Analyze financial data to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental and HQ collaboration.
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Mandarin is a plus.

- 跟踪月度财务指标执行情况，提供优化建议。
任职要求
- 基础条件：
- 财务、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉美国通用会计准则（GAAP）及税务法规。
- 技能要求：
- 熟练使用Excel高级功能（数据透视表、VLOOKUP）；
- 出色的跨部门协作及总部沟通能力；
- 逻辑清晰，能独立处理复杂数据并输出分析报告。
- 优先条件：
- 具备多州税务申报经验；
- 中文能力优先（需与总部/团队协作）。
