职位：媒体运营志愿者

工作职责：

–负责网站内容撰写与编辑，新闻及相关页面的更新，维护与管理。

–参与新闻专题策划，负责重大，热点新闻事件或网络事件的专题制作。

–设计，编辑各种宣传材料（手册，海报等）

–负责与各大媒体对接，以积极和专业的态度来传递商会形象，加大宣传力度和提高各界的关注度。

–协助执行总监，与团队其他成员一起运用逻辑思维和故事思维积极寻求大型商务活动策划和解决方案。

职位要求：

–深度了解中西方文化，中英文皆为母语水平。

–熟练掌握各类办公软件。

–工作主动，热情，具有良好的时间管理能力，对快速变化的环境具有高度的灵活性。愿意不断拓展自己的技能，学习使用数据和平台工具来创建新内容。

–具有出色的人际交往和组织能力，能够同时平衡多个项目。

–新闻，媒体相关专业本科生及研究生优先考虑。

职位类型：实习生，可支持（CPT/OPT）

–每周工作10-20小时（支持远程工作），无薪志愿者。但商会提供标准报销，包括餐费，交通费，通信费，及出差费用。

China General Chamber of Commerce USA – Chicago is undergoing rapid development, and we need a motivated volunteer with excellent leadership and communication skills to join our team.

Office Location: Downtown Chicago (support remote work)

Position: Media Operations Volunteer

Job responsibilities:

-Responsible for news writing, website content editing, and related webpage update, maintenance, and management.

-Responsible for planning news topics and producing major news/network events.

-Designing various promotional materials (manuals, posters, etc.)

-Responsible for connecting with major media, promoting publicity, increasing following from all sectors, and conveying a positive and professional image of the CGCC Chicago

– Assist executive director and actively seek large-scale business event planning and solutions with other team members using logical thinking and story thinking

Job Requirements:

-In-depth understanding of Chinese and Western cultures and native speaker’s level of language proficiency for both Chinese and English

-Proficiency in various office software.

-Work initiative, enthusiasm, time management skills, and a high degree of flexibility in a rapidly changing environment. 

-Willing to continuously expand their skills and learn to use data and platform tools to create new content.

-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to balance multiple projects at the same time.

-News, media-related undergraduates, and graduate students are preferred.

Position type: intern (we sponsor CPT and OPT)

-You are expected to work for 10-20 hours a week as an unpaid volunteer (we support remote work). However, CGCC Chicago provides standard reimbursements, including meal expenses, transportation expenses, communication expenses, and travel expenses.
