This position provides leadership to their assigned shift technicians regarding preventative and urgent tasks on all equipment and company assets while adhering to company policies and procedures.   Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production flow with minimal down time while maintaining a safe work environment. Assists more skilled staff in the completion of larger and more complex assignments.  Must be willing to setup, adjust and teardown equipment.   IVC technicians must meet required skill level in applicable Job Skills Analysis (JSA).   Proficiency in these areas will be determined by skills assessments administered during the hiring process, or by successful completion of training courses and validation in each area. As a function for Product Development, the job candidate is responsible for provide technical assistance to the Product Development staff in the formulation of new or the reformulation of existing nutritional supplements products. The candidate is required to work in the lab performing bench trials, physical evaluations, calibration, cleaning, and assist with pilot / production trials.  Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work in a team-based environment.

Conduct microbiologist testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Collect and test environmental and water samples. Performs microbiological assays, stability testing, and calibration of instruments and equipment. Provide necessary information to Lab Manager regarding the status of testing. Prepares media needed for testing including growth promotion and sterility check. Anticipates media needs and keeps lab stocked to meet testing demands for production and manufacturing. Perform and document assigned maintenance, calibration duties, and cleaning duties both daily and weekly. Enter information concerning raw material and finished products in the appropriate logbooks and LIMS.    This position works from Saturday – Tuesday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Overview Provide technical support as it relates to incident/deviation investigations for all commercialized products at company facilities within PMI.

As a Sr Manager within IVC’s IT Enterprise Applications team, this individual plays a critical role in managing the technical architecture and the IT resources for IVC’s enterprise applications.  In addition, working closely with the business and across the Information Technology organization defining, delivering, and supporting IT solutions.  Act in support of existing roadmaps for IVC’s business operations departments.  A key responsibility of this position is management and oversight of Oracle EBS support and development, including oversight of onshore and offshore resources.  This role is also responsible for maintaining and ensuring adherence to standards and procedures, as well as coordinating clear communication with other IT team members and key business stakeholders.  In summary this position provides: leadership to assigned group(s); identifies, evaluates, and resolves business issues; works on abstract problems across all functional areas within IT; and possesses extensive business functional and technical breadth in a manufacturing setting.

The Director, Contract Sales is responsible for working directly with National Brand Manufacturers to identify profitable business opportunities. This role will collaboratively work with sales and marketing departments to secure new contracts and/or expand existing contracts. This role requires previous experience with dietary supplement businesses.    Salary Range-$160K-$165K with potential for annual bonus program

– The Account Marketing Manager – Mass Market & Contract will report to the VP of Mass /Contract Marketing to support daily marketing operations that directly impact multiple customers as well manage the marketing operations of specific customers as assigned. This role will work with VP of Marketing and Sales along with cross-functional teams throughout the organization depending on the specific needs of the business and/or projects, often working multiple projects in parallel.
